ZaazCRM and ZaazCRM Chat Apps – Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for the ZaazCRM and ZaazCRM Chat apps, provided by Zaaz Technology and Software Ltd. ImmCase Digital Solutions Ltd publishes the apps on Google Play on our behalf.
Who has an account
Neither app has accounts of its own. You sign in with the user account your company created for you in its ZaazCRM, and the apps show you that CRM. Deleting your access therefore means removing (or disabling) your CRM user.
How to request deletion
- Ask your company’s CRM administrator to delete or disable your user account. This is the fastest route, and they can do it immediately.
- Or email us at privacy@zaaztech.com from the address on the account, with your company’s CRM address. We answer within 5 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your user account and your sign-in credentials.
- Your sessions, including the token the apps stored on your device. Signing out removes that token immediately.
- The notification token your device registered for ZaazCRM Chat.
- Personal details held on your user record, such as your name and email address.
What is kept, and why
Business records in the CRM — customers, quotes, invoices and payments — belong to your company, not to your user account, and are not deleted with it. Companies also have legal and accounting obligations to keep such records. Requests to delete that information must go to the company that holds it.
Chat messages and attachments you sent are part of your company’s records and stay in the conversations they were sent to unless your company deletes them. Records that name you as the user who performed an action, for example a note you wrote or a payment you recorded, are kept as part of the company’s audit history.
